Let's face it, most clients never know what they are getting until after the event. Sadly, these same people think we are all the same. We have been conditioned to spend first on attire, flowers, food, photographer etc...only then realize that hey, I need a DJ. I know of a guy down the street that does this on the weekends. Sound familiar?

Lack of Legislation - Good or Bad?

The internet has helped make our lives easier than ever. Go to Google type in your city and the letters DJ and you will uncover a world of resources. At last count here in Tampa alone there were over 700 deejays listed.

Here's The Problem!

ANYONE with a laptop, cell phone can now claim to be a professional DJ. This means, ANYONE! 

Ex con, child molester to law abiding citizens. No proof of insurance, license, training or background check is required to advertise on the internet. PERIOD! The vast majority over 90% of these self claimed professionals have no insurance, training, professional gear or business structure. They do this as a hobby!

The bride above thought she could save money by hiring a friend. What she got was a guy dressed in a green t-shirt using his home stereo and his computer. The bride above is disgusted that he doesn't have her first dance song.
